These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TinTorch Lists (the "Service"), a directory that lists businesses and professionals and ranks them by user reviews. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Sign-in is handled by TinTorch Account; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Listings

• You may create a listing only for a business or profession you own or are authorised to represent.
• Listing information must be accurate, lawful, and kept up to date.
• You grant TinTorch Lists a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute the content you submit for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
• We may review, edit, unpublish, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our guidelines.

3. Reviews & ratings

Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not those of TinTorch Lists. Reviews must be genuine and based on real experience. You may not post fake, incentivised, or defamatory reviews, or manipulate rankings. Rankings are generated automatically from review data and may change at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data except as expressly permitted;
• interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
• use the Service to send spam or to impersonate any person or entity.

5. Paid features

Publishing and certain features may require an active subscription billed through TinTorch. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to TinTorch Lists and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licence granted above.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinTorch Lists is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the accuracy of listings or reviews. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
